Cooking Directions (4 Servings)
1 box House Chinese mabo tofu sauce
1 (14 oz.) tofu (soybean curd)
2 oz ground meat (beef or pork) or ground chicken
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
(1) Heat oil in a skillet or wok at medium heat; brown meat.
(2) Add House Chinese mabo tofu sauce and simmer.
(3) Gently stir in cubed tofu and simmer again.
