H fresh is a door-to-door delivery service for fresh meats, produce, seafood, eggs, milk and more. The service is only available in Manhattan, NY.

H fresh Orders / Desired Delivery Date Selection
H fresh service requires a minimum order of $35 or more.
H fresh service desired delivery date can be selected at the end of your checkout.
H fresh Delivery Cost
H fresh requires a minimum order of $35 or more, a flat rate of $5.99 is charged for all orders less than $49. Orders of which merchandise total (subtotal) are greater than $49 are eligible for free shipping.
* H fresh customers are not obliged to tip our delivery staffs, and they cannot solicit any tips from the customers. However, please tip our delivery personnel if you think that you received an exceptional service. Please be advised that delivery fee is not a gratuity for our staffs.
H fresh Delivery
H fresh only uses official H MART trucks to make deliveries in Manhattan. Drop-shipping items will be sent via UPS, FedEx or USPS occasionally.
H fresh delivery uses refrigerated trucks to ensure the freshness of our products; both refrigerated and frozen goods will be delivered with ice packs or dry ice. Freshness of our fresh/refrigerated/frozen products may last up to 2 hours since its delivery.
We recommend all customers to receive the package in person. However, if recipient is not available to sign for the package at the time of delivery or if our driver cannot access to the building, a phone call will be made to the contact number given to the order. If we cannot get in touch with the recipient, the order will be returned back to the distribution center and will be either re-scheduled or cancelled per customer’s request. However, the additional fee of $5.99 plus restocking cost for the items will be applied to the order.
Also, the orders can be left at a desired location or person, but lost or stolen packages and spoilage of the food due to late pick-up will not be the responsibility of H fresh and HMART.com.
If delivery cannot be completed on your desired date, every effort will be made to notify you immediately.
* H fresh cares for the safety of our deliverymen, thus packages will not be delivered to any buildings over 5 floors with a broken or fixing elevator. Our delivery person cannot wait for the recipient to check the accuracy of the order, and please contact the customer service if anything is wrong with your order.
H fresh Delivery Date & Time
H fresh only delivers on business days (Monday ~ Friday) between 12:00PM to 10:00PM. Orders placed before 10:00AM (EST) are available for next business day. (Desired delivery date can be selected at the last step of checkout whereas delivery time cannot.) There will be no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
* Date slot may be blocked before 10 AM without prior notification if it reaches the maximum number of orders per day.
No tracking numbers are offered for H fresh service, but you may contact our customer service on the delivery date to get an estimate arrival time.
H fresh Delivery Limitations
H fresh cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please use the physical address including a street number and a street name for delivery.
All packages addressed to students on campus (institution) must have the residence hall name, room number and street address. Please also notify us in advance if there is anything that we have to note in regards to your institution’s policy.
* Entry of incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise invalid addresses may result in delivery delay or failure. In such cases, H fresh is not responsible for spoilage of food and loss of the package.
H fresh Order Changes
Order changes can be made before 10AM (EST) on the delivery date. However, your order can be delayed.
H fresh Order Cancellations
Order cancellations can be made before 10AM (EST) on the delivery date. However, if a cancellation is made after 10AM (EST), H fresh exchange/refund policies will take into effect.
H fresh Returns & Exchanges
We guarantee the freshness and the quality of our products. If you are dissatisfied with any item in your order, please contact Online Customer Service.
We will accept returns or exchanges as long as your item is in saleable condition and is in the original packaging. If the item and packaging is not in its original condition, it will not be eligible for exchange or full refund.
Cases in which exchanges/returns/refunds will not be possible after delivery

(3) Meat, Seafood, Produce or Fresh products
(4) Side Dishes and Light Meal
(6) Products with signs of usage or damages
In the event that merchandise you received was mis-delivered, damaged or defective, we will be happy to assist you to arrange to have your return picked up. Please contact our Online Customer Service. However, when the return or exchange is not result of our error, such as personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for all return charges.
We recommend you to return the item via shipping carriers that offer tracking numbers, such as UPS, FedEx or USPS. Lost or stolen packages will not be the responsibility of H Mart Online.

You can also request us to schedule a pick-up for exchanges or returns, but there will be an additional fee of $5.99. In such case, you may give the return item directly to our delivery personnel or leave at the office.
Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment once we confirm the return. You will receive a confirmation email (Credit Memo) once the refund is issued, and please allow 2 to 3 business days until it reflects on your credit card or bank statement.
