Ottogi Jjajang Bokki
Ottogi Jjajang Bokki is a delicious chewy noodle dish covered in flavorful black bean sauce. Pour boiling water over the noodles till the water line and cover for 3-4 minutes. Pour out the remainder of the water till about 4 tablespoons of water are left. Mix the Jjajang (black bean sauce) packet in the noodle and serve.
