Doenjang is a traditional soybean paste used in variety of dishes. Use this soybean paste to make soups, or combine with lettuce leaf, rice and meat to make ssambap. This paste can be used as a condiment to popular Korean dishes like bulgogi, bbq dishes, and samgyeopsal (Korean bacon).
